About Us

Welcome to the Warehaus, Meg Bickhaus here! Originally from IL, I have since made my way to AL, AZ, and now FL. Having lived in numerous parts of the US the past few years, I have created a closet of all types of styles. My mission is to curate a 'Warehaus' of clothing options for my Southern gals, West Coast baddies, my hometown Midwesterners, and everyone in-between. I am so happy you have found my store and I hope you find at least one piece you feel extra confident in. Happy shopping!

Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

Please allow 2-3 days for ordering processing. Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled or changed. 

Please double check shipping address. The Warehaus Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

Returns:

I've been there and done that and I know not everything is going to fit you how you want it to. No biggie, we can fix that!

Online orders are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving the order.

ALL items returned must be in perfect condition with no stains, tears, cigarette smell, appearance of any wear or tear, or damaged in any way. Items with appearance of any type of wear or without price tag will NOT be accepted.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable.

We do not offer exchanges.

How to Return an Item:

Authorization is not needed, please package item(s) as well as shipping slip and send to:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Be sure to include the shipping slip as it will have the order number as well as your information on it.

Credit will be sent via email once your item is received and processed.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within three days of the delivery date. Please email us at thewarehausboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. The product must be unworn with tags still attached.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
